Every year Mother does something to attract new interns. This year we decided give potential interns a real sense of what the agency is like. Literally.
We designed a range of Mother signature scents, inspired from smells around the office. We embedded them as little air-freshners inside a miniature replica of the Mother building and sent them to ad schools.
Students were invited to stick their noses in and have a whiff, to get a sense of it was a place for them, if it tickled their fancy, they could apply at Mother's website.
